Fishing

There are plenty of fishing spots in close proximity to the lodge. Maine is known for its small streams that are filled with brook trout and brown trout. Our guides are not qualified to guide fishing trips, but they know the area and do fishing themselves. There are plenty of spots and we encourage you to do some leisure fishing while you are in town.

We do not have the gear or a boat so bring your own. We will give you guidelines on Maine’s guides and rules to fishing. This includes fish limits and seasons.

Maine is beautiful and by taking this chance you will surely see the true beauty of Maine outside of your hunting.

WARNING: If you are adding this to your bear hunt you need to understand that you need to be back to the cabin by noon in order to make your evening hunt. If you don’t it will cut into your hunting time. If you added this to you moose hunt I would suggest waiting until you have bagged your moose.

Go Enjoy the woods and the experience of Maine!!
